Job summary

3R Consulting Ltd in London seeks a self-motivated professional to ensure compliance with Building Regulations through design review and site inspections. The role involves inspecting diverse buildings under construction or refurbishment, ensuring regulatory adherence and excellent client service.

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years' experience with Building Regulations and allied legislation, and be working towards a professional qualification or already qualified.

Responsibilities

• Review design and inspect a variety of buildings under construction or undergoing refurbishment/alteration to ensure compliance with Building Regulations and allied legislation.
• Work to ensure compliance with Building Regulations by design review and inspections.
• Base from the London office with a large proportion on-site inspections; some home working may be considered for the right candidate.

Job description

Our Client is a forward-thinking firm of Approved Inspectors, specialising in Building Regulations approvals. They require a self-motivated, dynamic, professional team member who is keen to expand his/her experience and skills in the building regulations.

The role will be to ensure compliance with Building Regulations and associated legislation by design review and inspection of variety of different types of buildings under construction, or undergoing refurbishment/alteration.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience of working with Building Regulations and allied legislation, and be working towards a professional qualification or already be qualified.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, diligent and professional, with excellent customer service skills.

The role will be based from the London office, but with a large portion of the working week spent on site carrying out inspections. Some home working maybe considered for the right candidate.

You should be a team player, be self-motivated and have high technical standards.

A good salary plus bonus package (including company car) will be offered to suit the candidates experience and will be in the range of £30,000 – £45,000 depending on the experience and training of the candidate.
