Job summary

Triumph Consultants Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Business Process Analyst Lead to drive redesign and deliver more efficient, standardised ways of working across a complex public sector environment.

You will lead the Analyst workplan, oversee resources and priorities, and translate process designs into workflow or digital requirements to enable practical improvements. The assignment is based in Northumberland with hybrid arrangements to be confirmed.

Qualifications

• Designing and implementing future-state business processes.
• Standardising administrative, transactional or business support processes.
• Leading process design workshops and engaging stakeholders to agree solutions.
• Translating process designs into workflow or digital requirements.
• Experience supporting process testing, implementation, adoption and continuous improvement.

Senior Business Process Analyst Lead

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Process Analyst Lead to drive business process redesign and deliver more efficient, standardised ways of working across a complex organisation.

You’ll lead the Business Analyst workplan, oversee resources and priorities, and work closely with operational teams, Business Change and Digital colleagues to design and implement practical, future-state processes.

• Significant experience designing and implementing future-state business processes.
• Proven experience simplifying and standardising administrative, transactional or business support processes.
• Skilled in developing process maps, procedures, business rules, roles, responsibilities and operating arrangements.
• Experience leading process design workshops and engaging stakeholders to agree solutions.
• Experience supporting process testing, implementation, adoption and continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of Lean, systems thinking or continuous improvement approaches.
• Level 6 qualification or above in Statistics, Maths or Computer Science, or equivalent senior professional experience.
• Local government or complex public sector experience.
• Redesigning business administration or corporate support services.
• Supporting service standardisation, consolidation or shared service arrangements.
• Translating process designs into workflow or digital requirements.
• A relevant qualification in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Lean or Change Management.
