Job summary

Diamond Care Solutions provides in-home support to vulnerable individuals to help maintain independence, dignity, and a high quality of life. Core responsibilities include personal care, medication support, meal preparation, housekeeping, mobility assistance, companionship, and community access.

You will work in clients' own homes across the East Midlands region, delivering compassionate, person-centred care that respects privacy and safety while promoting health and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Help clients with washing, bathing, dressing, grooming, and continence management.
• Medication Support: Prompt or assist clients to take prescribed medication safely.
• Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook meals, assist with feeding, and ensure hydration and nutrition.
• Housekeeping: Carry out daily tasks such as laundry, tidying, and basic shopping.
• Mobility Support: Help clients move safely around their home and in/out of bed.
• Companionship: Provide emotional support, conversation, and companionship.
• Community Access: Accompany clients to medical appointments, social events, or local outings.
