Job summary

Aramark UK in Dunblane Juniors is seeking a dedicated Chef / Cook to join our kitchen team and help deliver high-quality meals for pupils and staff, with a focus on fresh moderation and minimal waste.

You’ll work on a 35-hour weekly roster (5 days over 7) with early and late shifts, receive free meals on shift, uniform and safety footwear, and access to benefits; PVG clearance is required.

Qualifications

• A relevant culinary qualification or relevant experience.
• Food safety certification (or willingness to complete via our e-learning).
• Effective communication and a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Head Chef to deliver high-quality meals with minimal waste
• Maintain food levels and brand standards across all services
• Prepare delicious dishes for pupils and staff, following menu recipe cards
• Support with kitchen checklists and post-service analysis
• Follow kitchen procedures and hygiene standards
• Take part in ongoing training and development
