Job summary

Budwood is seeking caring Casual Residential Support Workers to join our Dorchester team, helping children and young people in a safe home. You will support daily routines, build trusted relationships and promote confidence and independence, with full training provided.

The role welcomes individuals with or without previous direct experience, emphasising the right attitude and willingness to learn, and offers a supportive environment and opportunities to grow within Budwood.

Qualifications

• Hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Health and Social Care or equivalent, or be willing to work towards it.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car, travel required.
• Friendly, able to speak as well as listen to children and colleagues.

Salary: £12.79 - £14.50 per hour, dependent on qualification and experience
