Job summary

Budwood Limited in Bournemouth is seeking casual residential support workers to help care for children and young people in a safe, supportive home. You will assist with daily routines, build trusted relationships, and help young people gain confidence and life skills.

No extensive experience required—training is provided. You’ll join a friendly team, receive a sleep-in allowance, meals on duty, and opportunities for promotion while safeguarding and supporting vulnerable young people.

Qualifications

• Hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards it.
• Friendly, able to speak as well as listen to children and colleagues.
• Willing to complete an enhanced DBS check, cost covered by us.
