Quality Service Recruitment Limited is supporting a leading corrugated packaging manufacturer in Doncaster to recruit HGV Class 1 Drivers for trunking across the UK. Immediate starts with reliable hours and steady week-by-week work.

Job involves deliveries nationwide, pre-delivery vehicle checks, and completing paperwork. Unloading may involve forklift. You must hold a Class 1 licence, UK CPC, max 6 points, and have 180 days driving in the last year.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 1 Licence (UK).
• Full UK CPC qualification.
• No more than 6 points on your licence.
• At least 180 days UK driving experience in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packaging to customers across the UK.
• Carry out pre-delivery vehicle checks and complete paperwork.
• Unloading is done by forklift; no handball required where applicable.
• Support routes and logs as required by the supervisor.

HGV Class 1 Drivers Needed - Trunking Experience - Immediate Start With Great Working Hours Week By Week 40+ hours minimum

Our client is one of the UK's leading manufacturers and suppliers of corrugated packaging who engineer packaging that performs, is material efficient and positively positions brands in competitive marketplaces. From concept to completion, our client crafts sustainable, high quality corrugated packaging to protect products and promote brands and they are now looking to add additional HGV Class 1 Drivers to join their team in Doncaster. As a HGV Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for the delivery of packaging to customers throughout the UK. No Handball involved as drivers will be unloaded with a forklift.

All drivers will be expected to carry out vehicle checks prior to deliveries and complete all paperwork in line with company guidelines.

You must have:

• HGV Class 1 Licence
• A full UK CPC
• No more than 6 points on your licence

To be considered, you must have had at least 180 days commercial driving exerience within the UK in the last 12 months
