Job summary

The Staffing Network Ltd is recruiting for experienced Class 1 drivers to join a busy distribution centre in Peterborough. You will trunk pallets and cages between depots and retail clients across the UK, with scheduled collections and around nine-hour shifts.

Immediate availability preferred for ongoing work. Applicants should hold a valid HGV Class 1 licence, CPC Tachograph Card, and have 6 months of recent Class 1 experience.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 driving licence.
• CPC and Tachograph card mandatory.
• Minimum 6 months Class 1 driving experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pallets and cages between depots and retail clients.
• Trunking & deliveries to fixed hubs and centres.
• Collections will also be scheduled.
• Approx 9 hour shifts, Monday to Friday.

The Staffing Network are a national labour provider and we are looking for experienced Class 1 Day or evening drivers to join our client's busy distribution centre in Peterborough.

Working for one of the world's largest logistics companies you will trunking palletised and caged stock to fixed hubs and centres throughout the UK.

Trunking & Deliveries

• Delivering premium pallets and cages between depots and retail clients.
• Collections will also be scheduled.
• Approx 9 hour shifts.

Working Hours & Shifts

Shifts available Monday through to Friday.

Requirements

• Licence: Valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence.
• CPC/Card: Valid Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months recent Class 1 driving experience is desirable.
• Safe Operation: Ensure safe driving and adherence to all road regulations.
• Load Security: Ensure parcels are loaded/unloaded safely and efficiently.
• Administration: Keep paperwork and vehicle checks updated.
