Job summary

Cycle North is recruiting new Cycling Instructors to deliver Bikeability training in primary schools across Doncaster. Instructors work with children aged 9–12, helping them develop safe, confident cycling skills through playground activities and on‑road training.

This is a part-time, term-time role with most instructors working approximately 18.5 hours per week, mainly Monday to Wednesday. A free three-day instructor training course is provided, with pre-course online learning.

Bikeability Cycling Instructor - Doncaster

Cycle North is recruiting new Cycling Instructors to deliver Bikeability cycle training in primary schools across Doncaster and Rotherham. Instructors work with children aged 9–12, helping them develop safe, confident cycling skills through a combination of playground activities and on‑road training.

This is a part‑time, term‑time role, with most instructors working approximately 18.5 hours per week, mainly Monday to Wednesday. Additional work may be available depending on school demand. The position includes a free three‑day instructor training course, supported by pre‑course online learning.

The role is well suited to confident cyclists who enjoy working with children, being outdoors, and supporting active travel within local communities.
