Equans is looking for multiple Part time Cleaners to join our team at Gatwick Airport, RH6 0PA on a permanent basis working 15 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £11,544.00 Annually and benefits package.

As a Cleaning Operative, you will maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for passengers, staff and visitors, follow COSHH and infection control procedures, and work a shift pattern from Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm.

Qualifications

• Health & Safety Level 1 including COSHH and Fire Safety.
• At least one year’s experience in a customer‑facing environment.
• Experience using cleaning equipment and materials safely.
• Knowledge of infection control procedures.
• Manual handling awareness.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning duties in designated areas to agreed standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic environment for all building users.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow Health & Safety, COSHH and infection control procedures.
