This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on construction professional with proven refurbishment experience who is looking to take responsibility for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of site activities.
As Working Foreman, you will work closely with the Site Manager and wider project team to ensure the efficient delivery of the refurbishment works.
You will provide day-to-day supervision of subcontractors and trades, coordinate site activities and ensure works are delivered safely, to programme and in accordance with the required quality standards.
We are looking for an experienced Working Foreman / Foreman / General Foreman with a strong background in refurbishment or fit-out.
