Job summary

The Best Connection Group is seeking an experienced Van Driver for the DHL site in Copthorne. You will deliver 65–100 parcels per day across the local area and drive company vans between the depot and delivery locations.

This role offers daytime shifts 08:30–18:00, Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays, full training, and ongoing support. A Category B driving licence and a clean DBS/OPC are required, with an aviation security course as part of onboarding.

Qualifications

• A valid Category B (manual) driving licence.
• Pass a van driving assessment (no minimum years of experience needed).
• 5 years of referenceable work history.
• A clear DBS check or Overseas Police Clearance Certificate (if applicable).
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to safety.

The Best Connection Group are currently seeking an experienced Van Driver - Crawley to join our well-established client, DHL, based at their site in Copthorne.

What We Offer

£14.73 per hour PAYE

£22.10 - Higher rate is achieved by working overtime or Bank Holidays

• Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays
• 08:30-18:00 daytime shifts
• Full training and ongoing support
• Regular seasonal work with potential for longer-term opportunities
