Job summary

Omega Red Group Ltd is recruiting for a Fall Protection Support Operative to help install, test and repair height safety systems across the UK. You will work with experienced engineers to deliver safe, efficient projects and gain industry-recognised NVQ training after a qualifying period.

Ideal candidates have fall protection or height safety background, enjoy field-based work, and are willing to travel nationwide.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fall protection or height safety (desirable).
• Experience in a field-based or remote working role.
• A valid full UK driving licence (essential).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, testing, and repair of height safety systems.
• Work on a variety of sites across the UK, including existing buildings and construction projects.
• Support lead engineers to ensure work is completed safely, on time and to specification.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality on all tasks.
• Follow risk assessments and safe systems of work at all times.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and develop technical skills on the job.

The role

Are you an experienced professional in fall protection, or do you have a strong background in field-based services and are looking

for a new challenge? Omega Red Group is seeking motivated individuals to join our team and develop their skills within the

specialist field of height safety.

As a Fall Protection Support Operative, you will assist with the installation, testing, and repair of height safety systems across

a range of sites nationwide. Working alongside experienced engineers, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered

safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

This role offers the opportunity to gain industry-recognised qualifications, including NVQ training in Working at Heights

following a qualifying period, while building a long-term career within a supportive and growing organisation.

• Confidence working at height, or a willingness to develop in this area
