Job summary

Tenovus Cancer Care is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager in Cardiff to support our busy charity shops. This part‑time role involves coordinating volunteers, keeping the shop tidy, processing till sales and handling admin tasks efficiently.

You’ll need strong customer service skills, retail experience (staff or volunteer) and the ability to coach others. Our diverse team values collaboration, integrity and inclusion.

You’ll be supporting a team of volunteers and part of a shop management team who lead and inspire everyone around you. You’ll make sure the shop’s looking sharp, sorting and selling stock and the admin side of running a shop is slick.

Customer care, team collaboration and creative thinking are things you’re great at. You’re someone who communicates with others easily and is inclusive in a team role with good management and decision‑making skills.
