Job summary

Taylor Blackwood Associates are recruiting a Machine Operative for a well-established manufacturing company in Hednesford. This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent role with stable day shifts, offering 40 hours per week and a rotating 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm schedule.

Pay is up to £12.71 per hour, with training provided and a supportive team environment. The role involves machine operation, basic assembly, stock control, and general production tasks in a busy production setting.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing setting.
• Able to perform basic assembly duties and assist with stock control.
• Committed to maintaining clean, organized work areas and following safety procedures.
