Job summary

West Riding Recruitment is recruiting for Production / Machine Operatives to join a busy manufacturing site in Huddersfield. The role is on a temporary contract through November 2026 and offers a £12.71 per hour pay rate.

Shifts rotate weekly: 6:00-2:00, 2:00-10:00, 10:00-6:00. You will operate production machinery, monitor quality, and work as part of a team to meet daily targets while following health and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a production, manufacturing or machine operating environment.
• Good attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and adapt to rotating shifts.

About You

The successful candidates will ideally have:

• Previous experience within a production, manufacturing or machine operating environment

Flexibility to work a weekly rotating shift pattern
Good understanding of workplace health & safety

Previous machine operating experience is advantageous, but full training may be provided for the right candidates.
