Job summary

Capricorn Financial Mortgages in London is seeking an experienced Protection Adviser who can capitalise on a steady stream of client referrals. You will speak to clients by phone or video, helping them protect families and homes, with around 15–20 warm leads per week through our mortgage adviser referral model.

This is a self-employed, full-time role based in Hammersmith, London, offering uncapped earnings and a tested lead flow, not a cold start.

Protection Adviser – 15–20 Warm Leads Per Week | Uncapped Earnings

Self-Employed | Full-Time | Office-Based | Hammersmith, London

Are you an experienced Protection Adviser who knows you could write significantly more business if you had more clients to speak to?

At Capricorn Financial Mortgages, our Protection Advisers generally receive around 15–20 warm leads every week through our mortgage adviser referral model and wider introducer relationships.

You will be speaking to clients who are already engaged in the mortgage process and have a clear need to protect themselves, their families and their homes.

This is a self-employed opportunity with uncapped earning potential, but it is not a cold start. The model is designed to give advisers a consistent flow of opportunities without having to build their own lead source from scratch.

Who we are looking for

We are particularly interested in speaking to:

• Existing Protection Advisers who could write more business with stronger lead flow
• Mortgage & Protection Advisers looking to focus more heavily on protection
• Experienced insurance advisers with strong protection sales experience

You will be commercially ambitious, confident speaking to clients by phone or video, and comfortable managing a consistent flow of protection opportunities from referral through to application and completion.

RO5 is preferred, although strong candidates close to completion will also be considered.

If limited lead flow or capped earnings are holding you back, this could be an opportunity to significantly increase your production within an established platform.
