Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd. is seeking a qualified Electrician to join a leading social housing provider, carrying out domestic electrical duties across occupied and void properties.

You will perform repairs, maintenance, EICRs and remedial works, blending reactive and planned tasks with strong tenant communication. Requirements include Level 3 Electrotechnical Services, 18th Edition, City & Guilds 2391, and a full UK driving licence, plus experience with EICRs and domestic maintenance.

Qualifications

• Qualified electrician with Level 3 Electrotechnical Services.
• Proficient with 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Holder of City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Experience carrying out EICRs and domestic electrical maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and maintenance in occupied and void domestic properties.
• Perform EICRs and remedial works to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
• Provide reactive and planned maintenance and excellent tenant service.

Job description

Job Type: Permanent

Daniel Owen are currently seeking a qualified

Electrician to join a leading social housing provider carrying out electrical

domestic duties across occupied and void domestic properties.

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs, maintenance, EICRs and any associated remedial works to achieve satisfactory outcomes, and undertaking both reactive and planned maintenance. You will work closely with other trades and office staff to deliver a high-quality service while providing excellent customer service to tenants.

Requirements for the Electrician

• Level 3 in Electrotechnical Services
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence
• Experience carrying out EICRs, remedial works, and domestic electrical maintenance
