We are recruiting registered Nurses (RGN, RMN and RNLD) to work as Functional Assessors delivering Personal Independence Payment (PIP) or Work Capability Assessment (WCA) services.
This role offers an alternative to hands‑on clinical work. The focus is on assessing how health conditions impact daily living or work capability and producing clear, evidence‑based reports.
Salary: £40,000 to £42,000 per year plus bonus
Location: Cambridge assessment centre
Working pattern: Full-time or part-time, Monday to Friday, office hours
Hybrid working: Combination of home working and office‑based assessments
Right to work in the UK required (sponsorship not available)
Training
All roles require completion of a full‑time training programme. This is a minimum of 9 weeks but may be longer depending on individual progress or any periods of absence.
