We are currently recruiting for Class 1 Drivers who are seeking Long Haul “Tramping” (approximately to 2 to 3 nights out per week). Drivers must possess a current CPC qualification.

JOB PURPOSE

To safely and professionally operate company vehicles while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring all deliveries and collections are completed efficiently and compliantly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate Class 1 vehicles safely and professionally
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
• Ensure deliveries and collections are completed on time
• Handle hazardous and non-hazardous goods in accordance with regulations
• Complete all relevant paperwork and digital records accurately
• Maintain high standards of customer service when interacting with clients
• Comply with all driver hours, tachograph, and transport legislation
• Assist with loading and unloading where required
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of company vehicles
• Work flexibly to support operational requirements, including tramping where applicable

PAY & BENEFITS

Base Pay:

Class 1 Drivers: £17 per hour (first 40 hours)

Overtime: £18 per hour
