Job summary

Co-op Group in the UK is seeking a Customer Team Leader to manage a small store team in a fast-paced environment. You will lead shifts, keep shelves stocked, and ensure efficient daily operations while delivering excellent customer service.

This role includes potential duties in the post office or bakery depending on store needs. You will champion Co-op membership, engage with the local community, and support merchandising and stock control.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 18+ to authorise age-related sales.

• Flexible, able to adapt and lead by example in a fast-paced store.

Responsibilities

Location: Seaview Terrace , Burry Port, SA16 0EN

Pay: £14.48 per hour

Contract: 22 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: Closing shifts from mid-afternoon through to late evening. Will include at least 1 weekend shift which will require flexible availability. We're happy to discuss this further at interview.

As a Customer Team Leader, you'll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
