Job summary

Co-op Group in Huddersfield is seeking a Customer Team Leader to manage a small store team across opening, middle, and closing shifts. You’ll lead daily operations, be active on the shop floor and tills, and support the in-store bakery where needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or team management preferred, but not essential.

Job description

Pay: £14.48 per hour

Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: A mix of opening shifts, middle shifts, and closing, shifts. At least 2 shifts will be closing and at least 1 will be at the weekend. We're happy to discuss your availability further at interview. Role will include working in our in-store bakery

As a Customer Team Leader, you'll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
