Job summary

Co-op Group is hiring a Customer Team Leader to manage a small team in a fast-paced store. You will lead shifts, ensure great customer service, and oversee daily operations from tills to merchandising.

The role requires flexible hours, including early mornings and at least one weekend shift, with permanent part-time contracts and a pension, discount, and benefits package. Training is provided.

Pay: £14.48 per hour

Contract: 24-39 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening 5:45am), afternoons, late evenings (store closing 11pm) including at least 1 weekend shift, to be discussed at interview

Join us as a Customer Team Leader and take the next step toward managing your own store.

As a Customer Team Leader, you'll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
