Job summary

Rapier Employment's Magna Park, Lutterworth (LE17) is seeking Warehouse Operatives for a long-term role. You will work in a busy chilled warehouse, operate PPTs, scan stock, and help move pallets for supermarket distribution.

Weekly pay, full PPT training provided, potential permanent position, on-site parking and canteen facilities. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK and be able to pass drug/alcohol tests.

Qualifications

• Strong warehouse experience and ability to handle heavy lifting safely.
• Experience operating Powered Pallet Trucks (PPTs) preferred.
• Team oriented with reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
• Must be physically fit for repetitive lifting and long shifts.
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK and pass screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate PPTs to load and unload vehicles in a chilled warehouse.
• Move pallets and stock for supermarket distribution.
• Use handheld scanners for inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised workspace.
• Support general warehouse duties and teamwork as required.

Warehouse Operative - Magna Park, Lutterwort LE17

We have an excellent opportunity for Warehouse Operatives to join one of the UK's leading logistics companies based at Magna Park, Lutterworth (LE17).

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term employment with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidates. You will be working in a busy warehouse environment using Powered Pallet Trucks (PPTs) and handling chilled supermarket products for some of the UK's leading brands. Full PPT training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate PPTs to load and unload vehicles.
• Work within a chilled warehouse environment.
• Move pallets of fresh chilled produce for supermarket distribution.
• Use handheld scanners for inventory management and stock tracking.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Carry out general warehouse duties as required.
• Handball products and break down pallets when necessary, which may involve heavy lifting.

What We're Looking For
