Job summary

Ignition Driver Recruitment is seeking an HGV Class 1 Shunter near Lutterworth. You will move and position trailers in the yard, perform vehicle checks and carry out light maintenance, ensuring safety and efficiency. The role requires a UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence with at least 6 months Terberg experience, a valid CPC and Tachograph card, and up to 6 points (no disqualifying endorsements).

• Current UK Driver CPC (DCPC) and valid Digital Tachograph card.
• Up to 6 points on licence; no DD, DR, CD, TT, IN endorsements.

Ignition Driver Recruitment are looking for reliable, experienced HGV Class 1 Shunters to work with our client in Lutterworth. Our client is one of the UK's largest parcel distribution companies.

Class 1 Shunter - the role & responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough vehicle checks
• Move & position vehicles around the yard
• Coupling & uncoupling trailers
• Some minor vehicle maintenance

What You Need:

• A valid UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence with at least 6 months Tergberg experience
• A current UK Driver CPC (DCPC) card and a valid Digital Tachograph card
• Up to 6 points accepted on licence (No DD, DR, CD, TT, IN endorsements)
