Job summary

Nexus People is seeking Warehouse Operatives for sortation duties in Lutterworth. You’ll join a team handling parcels, with full-time shifts and training provided.

MHE experience is a plus, but not required; English language proficiency is essential to perform tasks and follow instructions. Role involves loading/unloading, using scanners and equipment, operating pump trucks, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required, though MHE experience would be preferable.
• Must be able to commit to full-time shifts.
• Must travel to site for shifts and have a good grasp of the English language.
• Full-time shifts (4 on 4 off) with day & night sessions.

Job description

Job Title: Warehouse Operative - loading, unloading and sorting parcels

Working Hours: 4 on 4 off - Day & Night Shifts (07:00 - 18:00 and 20:00 - 07:00) - working 5 out of 7 days (flexibility required)

Full-time working only - due to requirements we are unable to accept Student applications

Contract Type: Temp to Perm (after 13 weeks)

Experience: None required, though MHE experience would be preferable

About the Role

We are looking for Warehouse Operatives working in Sortation to join our team in Lutterworth. You don’t need warehouse experience – just the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and a team-player mindset. This is a very sought after role, and we are specifically looking for people who can work full time - unfortunately, this does mean that we cannot accept applications from students.

IMPORTANT : You must be able to commit to full time shifts, travel to the site for your shifts and have a good grasp of the English language.

What You’ll Be Doing
