Job summary

Paramount Personnel in Bristol is seeking a TTMBC-qualified Traffic Management Operative. The role includes assisting with setting up temporary traffic lights, manning road closures, and using a stop/go board. You must have a TTMBC qualification (CSCS preferred) and be able to pass a D&A test. Working hours include days and nights, with shifts and on-site duties in BS3 1FF.

Our client requires Qualified TTMBC Traffic Management Operatives in the Bristol area to carry out tasks such as assisting setting up temporary traffic lights, manning road closures and using a stop/go board.

Successful candidates for the role of TM Operative should have:-

Ability to work as part of a team

Ability to carry out work to a high standard

Good communication skills

Applicants must have:

CSCS card (Preferred)

TTMBC Qualification

Good timekeeping skills

Willingness and flexibility to undertake some shifts out of normal working hours

Willingness to carry out other tasks upon request

Be able to pass a D&A test

Hours of work:

Monday - Friday , days & nights. 10 hour days (£122.10) and 12 hour nights (£146.52)

Rate of Pay

£12.71 per hour

These will be PAYE positions so you will benefit from:

Accrued Holiday Pay from day one

Pension contributions (after a qualifying period)

Weekly Pay

No Umbrella payments or fees

Only Tax and National Insurance deductions and this will be shown on your payslip
