Job summary

Paramount Personnel is seeking a TTMBC qualified Traffic Management Operative for the Blandford Forum area. The role involves setting up temporary traffic controls, manning road closures and using stop/go boards, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Applicants should have a TTMBC qualification, CSCS (preferred), and reliable timekeeping. You may be asked to work shifts outside the standard hours and perform additional tasks as requested. A D&A test must be passed.

TTMBC Qualified Traffic Management Operative – Blandford - Must be TTMBC qualified

Our client requires Qualified TTMBC Traffic Management Operatives in the Blandford area to carry out tasks such as assisting setting up temporary traffic lights, manning road closures and using a stop/go board.

Summary

Successful candidates for the role of TM Operative should have:

• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to carry out work to a high standard
• Good communication skills

Applicants must have:

• CSCS card (Preferred)
• TTMBC Qualification
• Good timekeeping skills
• Willingness and flexibility to undertake some shifts out of normal working hours
• Willingness to carry out other tasks upon request
• Be able to pass a D&A test

Hours of work:

Monday - Friday, days & nights. 10 hour days (£122.10) and 12 hour nights (£146.52)

Rate of Pay

£12.71 per hour

These will be PAYE positions so you will benefit from:

• Accrued Holiday Pay from day one
• Pension contributions (after a qualifying period)
• Weekly Pay
• No Umbrella payments or fees
• Only Tax and National Insurance deductions and this will be shown on your payslip
