Job summary

Manpower UK Limited in Brigg is recruiting a Production Operative for a busy manufacturing site. The role offers rotating shifts Monday to Friday with Week 1 6:00am–2:00pm and Week 2 2:00pm–10:00pm, plus the potential to move to a permanent position after an initial period.

You will carry out daily inspections, operate machinery, complete production documentation, and work with other departments while maintaining health and safety standards. Local applicants with reliable transport preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Production Operative, Machine Operative, or within a similar manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a warehouse or production setting.
• Experience operating CNC machinery would be advantageous.

Manpower are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing client based in Brigg. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team environment, with the potential for the role to move into a permanent position after an initial period of time.

Location

• Brigg
• Due to the site location, applicants should live locally or have reliable transport

Shift Pattern

• Monday - Friday

Rotating shifts

• Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pm
• Week 2: 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Pay Rate

• £13.75 per hour
