Job summary

RBU Sales UK Ltd t/a iRecruit UK is recruiting Production Operators for a manufacturing facility in the Thorne/Belton area. This role offers long-term employment in a fast-paced environment with rotating day and night shifts.

You will play a key part in keeping production running smoothly, while upholding high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. Full training is provided and a supportive team environment is guaranteed.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing/production is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual and proactive.
• Flexible to rotating shifts.
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Carry out quality inspections and checks on finished products.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Follow company procedures, health and safety regulations, and work instructions.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve daily production targets.
• Report machinery faults, safety concerns, and production issues promptly.
• Assist with general production and housekeeping duties as required.

Location: Thorne / Belton, DN8

Shift Pattern: Days & Nights - Rotation

week1 Monday - Friday 7am- 4:30pm @ £15.46 / hr

week 2 Monday- Thursday 7pm-7am @£15.76 / hr

• The site is within commuting distance of Belton, Scunthorpe, Thorne, Doncaster, and surrounding areas. Due to the location and shift pattern, candidates must have their own transport.
