Job summary

Khidmat Centre in Bradford is seeking a dedicated Team Leader for a Learning Disability Project. You will oversee a small team to deliver person-centred care at 36 Spencer Road, BD7 2EU, working 15 hours a week at £13.50 per hour, with daytime hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm and occasional evenings or weekends.

You will lead, support and motivate staff, develop care plans in line with CQC standards and the Care Act 2014, ensure safety and safeguarding, and maintain accurate records while liaising

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in health and social care.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of the Care Act 2014, safeguarding, and CQC standards.
• IT proficiency for communication and record-keeping.
• Flexible to work unsociable hours.
• UK driving licence.

Job Title: Team Leader

Hourly Rate: £13.50 per hour

Hours per Week: 15 hours

Work Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (varied)
