Job summary

Deepdale Preschool is seeking a Settings Manager to join our team from January 2027. The role is 30-40 hours per week across 4-5 days, term time only, based in Boston Spa.

You will lead and develop our team of practitioners, maintain high standards of care for children aged 2-5, and work closely with parents and staff to ensure a warm, safe, and stimulating learning environment. A minimum Level 3 qualification and proven management experience in an Early Years setting are essential; SEN

Qualifications

• A minimum Level 3 qualification in childcare.
• Experience in management within an Early Years/ childcare setting.
• Experience or qualification in SEN is desirable.

• Lead and manage a team of practitioners while delivering high-quality care.
• Work face-to-face with children and oversee daily activities and safeguarding.

Deepdale Pre-School Ltd is a private childcare provider, based in the village of Boston Spa, Established over 40 years ago. We deliver high quality care for pre-school children aged 2-5 years.

The successful candidate will have good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. The individual must be highly motivated, experienced and have a positive caring attitude towards working with children. A minimum Level 3 qualification and experience in Management in an Early Years Education and Childcare setting is essential. Experience/ Qualification in SEN is desirable.
