Job summary

Barfoots of Botley Ltd is seeking reliable Production Hygiene Operatives to maintain food safety standards at Sefter Farm. This includes cleaning production machinery and ensuring workspaces are sanitized and ready for production.

Full training will be provided, but previous hygiene experience is advantageous. The role involves following safety regulations and supporting continuous improvement in hygiene practices.

• Cleaning production machinery using approved hygiene procedures
• Washing and sanitising equipment between production runs
• Cleaning floors, drains, walls and food production areas
• Using cleaning chemicals safely in accordance with COSHH procedures
• Carrying out visual hygiene inspections
• Reporting maintenance, hygiene or food safety issues promptly
• Supporting continuous improvement within the hygiene department
• Following all food safety, health & safety and company procedures

The Opportunity:

We're looking for reliable Production Hygiene Operatives to join our manufacturing team at Sefter Farm.

This role plays a vital part in maintaining food safety standards by carrying out scheduled cleaning of production equipment and processing areas. Working alongside Production and Technical teams, you'll help ensure machinery and workspaces are cleaned, sanitised and ready for the next production run.

Previous hygiene experience is useful but not essential, as full training will be provided.

What You'll Be Doing:
