Job summary

TUI in Bishop Auckland is offering an Apprentice Travel Advisor position within our Retail Team, supporting you to work towards a Level 3 Travel Consultant Apprenticeship and become a destination expert.

You'll gain hands-on experience selling holidays, cruises, UK breaks and other products while delivering great customer service; training will be provided and progress monitored by a manager and learning coach.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and ability to engage customers effectively.
• Willingness to learn and complete the Level 3 Travel Consultant apprenticeship.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customers and colleagues while selling holidays, cruises and UK breaks.
• Aim to exceed sales targets and contribute to store performance.
• Adapt to changing circumstances and resolve questions or complaints with support from colleagues.
• Engage with customers face to face and virtually using available systems.
