Job summary

TUI in Penarth is offering an Apprenticeship Travel Advisor role within our retail team. The two-year scheme develops you into a destination expert, enabling you to recommend and sell holidays, cruises, UK breaks and add-ons. You will join a supportive team, receive training and work towards a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification.

The role includes varying shift patterns, including weekends and evenings, with a strong focus on customer service and meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customers and colleagues with a passion for travel.
