Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS foundation Trust is seeking a care assistant to work alongside the deputy manager in resident care and to mentor fellow carers. The role involves organising teams, supervising staff, and acting as key worker for residents.
The post requires delivering personal care, supporting daily living activities, participating in therapeutic and social programmes, and ensuring safety and compliance with policy and training.
To work alongside the deputy manager in the provision of resident care. To act as a mentor to other carers through being an example and through supporting them in their supervision, development and appraisal.
