Secure and lock the school premises at the end of each day.
Carry out general caretaking, routine maintenance and site safety checks.
Identify and report repairs, defects and maintenance issues.
Assist with heating systems and the operation of site facilities.
Supervise cleaning staff and contractors, as required.
Help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of school buildings and grounds.
Manage recycling, cleaning supplies and lost property.
Undertake security and keyholder duties, including responding to alarm activations when required.
Assist with visitors, contractors, parking arrangements and school events.
Carry out post runs and other general duties as required.
