Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking dedicated Primary Supply Teachers to cover day-to-day or long-term placements near Bassingbourn. You will deliver engaging lessons across EYFS to KS2, differentiate for diverse needs, and maintain a positive classroom environment.

Applicants should hold QTS (or UK equivalent), with strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum, excellent behaviour management, and an Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one. DBS checks and vetting are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised UK equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum (and/or EYFS framework).
• Excellent classroom management, adaptability, and the confidence to step into unfamiliar primary settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build quick rapport with pupils and staff.
• Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
