Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is hiring a Warehouse Operative to join the client’s team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This role combines warehouse and driving duties, with a full UK driving licence required for occasional site deliveries.

Training begins on dayshift for two weeks (05:30–14:30, plus every fourth Saturday). After training, the role moves to ongoing nightshift (22:00–06:30 or 22:00–07:30).

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading goods safely.

• Following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety.
• Working effectively as part of a busy team.

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a reliable and motivated

Warehouse Operative to join our client's team on a temporary-to-permanent basis for the right candidate.

This is a varied role combining

warehouse and driving duties, with a driving licence required as you may be required to deliver products to different sites.

Training & Shift Pattern

Please note: The

dayshift will only be worked for the first 2 weeks to allow you to complete training and become familiar with the role.

Following the initial

2-week training period, you will move onto the nightshift on an ongoing basis.

Pay & Incentives

Dayshift - First 2 Weeks Only

• £13.05 per hour
• Increasing to £13.17 per hour after 12 weeks

Nightshift - Ongoing

• £14.68 per hour
• Increasing to £14.81 per hour after 12 weeks

Quarterly Bonus

• Potential to earn a

£750 quarterly bonus after 12 weeks' service

Working Hours

Dayshift - First 2 Weeks Only

• Monday to Friday: 05:30 - 14:30
• Every fourth Saturday: 08:00 - 12:00

Nightshift - Ongoing

• Monday to Wednesday: 22:00 - 06:30
• Thursday to Friday: 22:00 - 07:30

Must be available to complete 2 weeks of dayshift training before moving onto the ongoing nightshift
