Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative in Dumfries for a two-week assignment with a possibility of extension. Hours are Mon-Thu 08:00-16:30 and Fri 08:00-14:30.

Duties include picking/packing, receiving and dispatching deliveries, and stock checks, with training provided and long-term progression potential. You will use Excel and other Microsoft Office tools in a fast-paced environment, contributing to accurate records and efficient depot operations.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or depot experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Good IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Operative to join our team in Dumfries for two weeks work with the potential to go on for longer.

Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30
• Friday: 08:00 - 14:30

• Accepting, recording, and processing deliveries and dispatches
• Carrying out quality checks and stock control duties
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Completing warehouse and depot-related tasks as required
