Pertemps Bond in Severn Beach (BS35) is seeking reliable Warehouse Operatives for day and night shifts. This full-time role offers weekly pay and ongoing work with full training provided. You must be able to drive for this role.

Day shift pays £13.31–£13.77 per hour, 37.5 hours per week; Night shift pays £14.37 per hour, 10:00pm–6:00am. 5 days out of 7, overtime opportunities, and onsite facilities available.

Qualifications

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives for day and night shift to join a busy warehouse operation. Please see below for both options. This is a full-time opportunity with weekly pay, ongoing work, and full training provided. You must be able to drive for this role.

Warehouse Operative – Day and Night shift in Severn Beach (BS35)

Option One – Day Shift

• Pay: £13.31 per hour, increasing to £13.77 per hour after qualifying period
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week
• Weekly pay
• Full-time positions only
• 5 days out of 7
• Shift patterns available: Sunday to Thursday; Monday to Friday
• Rotational shifts: 6:00am – 2:00pm; 2:00pm – 10:00pm
• Overtime opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders using handheld scanners
• Off-loading and processing deliveries
• Supporting Dispatch and Goods-In operations
• Using warehouse operational equipment safely and effectively

Candidate Requirements

• Comfortable carrying out manual handling and heavy lifting duties
• Good level of spoken and written English
• Able to work on your feet for extended periods
• Must be able to drive.
• Previous warehouse experience is not required as full training will be provided

Option Two – Night Shift

• Pay rate: £14.37 per hour
• Hours: 10:00pm – 6:00am (Sunday–Thursday or Monday–Friday)
• Shifts: 5 days per week, 37.5 hours guaranteed
• Pay: Weekly pay directly into your account
• Training: Full training and ongoing support provided
• Facilities: Free onsite parking, staff canteen, and lockers
• Stability: Ongoing, long-term roles with potential for career progression
• Accurately picking and packing customer orders using handheld scanners
• Safely loading and unloading deliveries from vehicles
• Processing stock through goods-in and dispatch areas
• Operating a range of warehouse equipment and tools (training provided)
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety in the workplace
• Working efficiently to meet performance targets while ensuring quality standards are met

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
• Able to stand and walk for long periods throughout the shift
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Confident with basic English communication (speaking, reading, and understanding instructions)
