NHS Jobs in Warrington is seeking a Primary Care Clinical Lead to join the Primary Care Team at HMP Thorn Cross, a Category D open prison in Appleton Thorn. You will lead the team and help ensure high-quality primary care services within the prison setting.
The role combines 70% managerial and 30% clinical leadership, with one day per week of clinical practice and a 37.5-hour work week across 7am–7pm, including occasional weekends. Salary is £51,643–£58,012 per annum depending on experience.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Primary Care Clinical Lead to join our Primary Care Team at HMP Thorn Cross HMP Thorn Cross is a Category D / open prison in Appleton Thorn, Warrington, housing around 430 males As a Primary Care Clinical Lead, you will provide strong clinical leadership, confidently manage staff, and have a good understanding of clinical governance, patient safety and quality improvement. Knowledge of PSIRF would be advantageous. You will manage a team of 7, with a 70% managerial and 30% clinical leadership split. You will work alongside another Primary Care Clinical Lead and undertake one day per week of clinical practice.
