Qualifications

• Proven experience in clinical leadership and staff management.
• Strong knowledge of clinical governance and patient safety.
• Experience with PSIRF is advantageous.

• Provide strong clinical leadership and confidently manage a team of 7.
• Balance a 70% managerial and 30% clinical leadership split.
• Undertake one day per week of clinical practice and contribute to professional governance.
