Trent Nursing LTD is seeking experienced Complex Care Support Workers to assist a young person with complex healthcare needs at home in the United Kingdom. You will provide person-centred care, promote safety, dignity and independence, and support participation in community activities.

Responsibilities include personal care, daily living support, medication administration and specialist complex care tailored to the young person’s needs. Full training and competency assessments will be provided.

Qualificações

• Experience in complex care environments or home care settings
• Ability to provide personal care with dignity and respect
• Willingness to undertake training and competency assessments

Responsabilidades

• Provide person-centred support at the young person’s home
• Assist the young person to participate in community activities
• Support daily living and personal care
• Administer prescribed medications as directed
• Manage PEG/gastrostomy care, epilepsy management, and safe moving and handling

The role involves providing person-centred support at home and assisting the young person to participate in activities in the community, promoting their safety, dignity, independence and wellbeing.

Responsibilities will include personal care, supporting daily living, medication administration and specialist complex care tailored to the young person's individual needs.

The young person's complex care needs include PEG/gastrostomy care, epilepsy management and moving and handling.

Full complex care training and competency assessments will be provided.
