You will work with the child, family, therapists and a multidisciplinary team to support therapeutic programmes, independence and meaningful community activities, bringing enthusiasm, creativity and positivity to every shift.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting children with complex healthcare needs.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be available to work all shift patterns listed below.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience supporting children with complex healthcare needs.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Professional, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be available to work all shift patterns listed below.

Shift Patterns

Weekdays

• 6:30am – 9:30am
• 2:45pm – 9:00pm

Weekends & School Holidays

• 7:00am – 2:00pm
• 2:00pm – 9:00pm

Essential Experience

Candidates must have previous experience and competency in:

• Cerebral Palsy
• Suctioning (Oral Clearance and Nasopharyngeal)
• Epilepsy Management
• Oxygen Therapy
• Gastrostomy Care
• Jejunostomy Care
• Administration of medication through specialist techniques
