Job summary

Concept Resources are seeking a reliable Cleaning Operative for a professional office building in Guildford. This full-time temporary role provides cleaning cover until 30th October 2026.

You will maintain high standards of cleanliness across floors 2 to 5, ensuring a clean, safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors. Start ASAP with hours 8:30am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to follow health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of offices, meeting rooms and communal areas.
• Clean facilities across floors 2 to 5, vacuum, sweep and mop floors.
• Clean and sanitise toilets and washrooms.
• Dust and wipe desks, furniture and surfaces.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste.
• Replenish washroom supplies.
• Clean kitchens and shared facilities.
