Concept Technical Resources is seeking a Cleaning Operative for a temporary sickness-cover role at Radbroke Hall, Knutsford. 30 hours per week, Mon–Fri 5:00pm–11:30pm, £14.26 per hour PAYE, immediate start.

Role involves general cleaning of offices and facilities, plus duties to maintain hygiene and safety standards. DBS and Barclays compliance may be required; own transport essential for site access.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning experience.
• Basic DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
• Ability to meet Barclays pre-employment requirements.
• Own transport is essential due to site access.
• Live within approx. 18 miles of the site for daily commuting.

Responsibilities

• General office and communal area cleaning.
• Vacuuming, mopping and dusting.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00pm – 11:30pm; 30 hours per week

Contract: Temporary (Sickness Cover)

About the Role

Concept Technical Resources are recruiting for a Cleaning Operative to work at a prestigious corporate banking campus based at Radbroke Hall, Knutsford. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional facilities management team on a temporary assignment with an immediate start.

Duties Include

• General office and communal area cleaning
• Vacuuming, mopping and dusting
• Cleaning washrooms and welfare facilities
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste
• Cleaning kitchens and breakout areas
• Replenishing consumables
• Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Following all health and safety procedures

Essential Requirements

• Previous commercial cleaning experience
• Basic DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
• Ability to satisfy Barclays pre-employment compliance requirements, including:
  • Right to Work in the UK
  • Employment history verification - https://www.gov.uk/get-proof-employment-history
  • Adverse financial check
• Reliable, professional and able to work to a high standard
• Own transport is essential, as the site is not easily accessible by public transport
• Applicants should ideally live within approximately 18 miles of the site to ensure a sustainable daily commute
