Ethos Education in Addlestone is seeking a SEND teaching assistant for a long-term placement at a local school. You’ll work one-to-one or in small groups, supporting pupils with SEND to access learning and participate in class activities.

This hands-on role focuses on building relationships, understanding how pupils learn best, and developing strategies to boost confidence, independence and resilience. You'll collaborate closely with teachers and SEND teams.

• Experience as a SEND teaching assistant or similar.

Location: Addlestone, Surrey

Salary: £100 to £130 per day (depending on experience)

Contract: Long-term, full-time

Ready to do work that genuinely matters? We’re recruiting a SEND teaching assistant for a long-term placement at a school in Addlestone. You’ll work one-to-one or in small groups supporting pupils with SEND - helping them access learning, build confidence, and succeed in a mainstream environment.

This is hands-on, relationship-based work. You’ll get to know pupils, understand how they learn best, and develop strategies that work. You’ll be part of a team that truly values SEND support and understands its importance.
