Change Grow Live is seeking a Team Leader for our Accrington service, supporting our service users with leadership and development across the team. You will drive a focused, compassionate approach and guide staff to deliver high-quality treatment and care options in a safe environment.

This fixed-term contract runs until 31 March 2027, offering 37.5 hours per week. Salary is £36,101.10 to £38,114.53 per year (pro rata).

Our Team Leaders here at Change Grow Live play an integral role in ensuring an effective service provision for our service users by creating a focused culture, engaging staff to provide an innovative and continually improving service and provide leadership, support, and development to a wide range of staff.

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our Accrington Service. As part of our substance use team, you will work flexibly and creatively to ensure what is needed to have the most positive impact for all who are referred to our service.

Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract until the 31st of March 2027

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
