Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent plumbing qualification.
• CSCS card.
• Full UK Driving Licence; own transport and tools.
• Fluent English communication.
• Ability to pass strict background checks and security vetting.
• DBS would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Reactive plumbing maintenance and repairs.
• Fault finding and diagnostics.
• Repairing and replacing taps, valves, toilets and other plumbing fixtures.
• Carrying out general plumbing repairs and remedial works.
• Basic water system maintenance.
• Identifying leaks and carrying out repairs.
• Using power tools safely and effectively.
